you can try upload it to blogger directly. And then manage the drawings with Picasa Web Album via http://picasaweb.google.com However there is limit of 1GB space with I suppose more than enough.
I have not been worry about much on the space until I got my DSLR recently, since the photos taken all damn big size! I might consider getting own hosting with own domain name next year.
